Hi, Maxiato765
I have no idea — I use Mercury and I don't notice any lag (I'm not saying there isn't any, I just don't notice it)

Why not try them all one at a time — perhaps on some low-stakes tables and keep track.
Then you could let us know your data.

Cheers,
VS

I switch to Carbon lite if experiencing lag issues. Like having to click the bet button six times in order to bet my hand. I find the playing experience is considerably improved in respect to unresponsive bet buttons, timing out, and lag etc.

I'm going to try that.
I get lag when using fpdb HUD on multiple tables, but I always blamed the HUD, since PT4 doesn't do that.
I'll let ya know...

I read this topic through but for me too much hocus pocus.

So what is the current status? And can maybe help someone me to set up possible solutions. I am playing on .be software. To my personal feeling, it often seems I just randomly sit out on one of the tables/is quite laggy. Sometimes I check my CPU and it is mostly at least 60+% But it of course also possible I am just too slow since I don't see the sitting out myself since I am playing stacked/hybrid stacked.

The main issues are when I am playing 15+ tables, where in the past I went up to 30. I can't see that happening with current software

15 tables is impressive.
What is your hardware like?
If a laptop, you're very limited, but if you have a desktop, and you are using the on-board graphics hardware, adding an decent graphics card should help.

There is a setting in the user.ini file called openGlSetting that can be set to 4 or 1 (as far as I know there may be other settings. Those two have been recommended to me at different times by PokerStars support
The setting looks like so:

[OpenGl]
AlwaysSWReset=3
openGlExitCode=0
openGlSetting=4

You might try switching it the whatever one it isn't.
Be sure to back up your user.ini file.

Best of luck :gl:,

Those 15+ Tables are really impressive.

I switched to the carbon light theme — I like it better than Mercury, but it makes no difference to the lag

Hi Maxiato765,
I suggest that stacking would be worse, since the graphics system needs to redraw much more of the screen each time a table switches.

The only way to tell would be to experiment though.

Let us know what you find...

Thanks vorpal, yes it makes sense what you say and will be worse with stacked style.
