Well, mid-stack really

Only 32 hands on player, but on reviewing those hands, BB never plays with 100BB stack

Pacific Poker - $0.05 NL FAST (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: $1.02
SB: $6.29
BB: $1.93
Hero (UTG): $6.86
MP: $5.57
CO: $1.88

SB posts SB $0.02, BB posts BB $0.05

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.07) Hero has J♣:J♠:

Hero raises to $0.15, fold, fold, fold, fold, BB raises to $1.93 and is all-in, Hero calls $1.78 <<< Is this an OK call generally?

Is it OK vs such a player?

On checking Equilab, it appears to be a marginal fold Agree?

       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    48.27%  47.35%   0.91% { JJ }
BB     51.73%  50.82%   0.91% { JJ+, AJs+, KQs, AJo+, KQo }

Considering that there are no implied odds, I think that this tips the scale.
I gave BB no bluffs. If I add AT and A2-A5 then it is a clear call.

Its a Snappcall. Your range misses at least 99/TT. Also you don't need 50 % EQ because of potodds.

I expect villain could 3bet KK+ the normal way and hands like 88-TT and maybe even weaker pairs can shove as well. That makes this even a easier call.
