I think he is not raisign flop for value with Jx, so that leaves his range quite polarized to sets and sometimes to draws.
In general I believe players call more ip than raising with flushdraws, since noone isn´t folding overpair and they would often get 3-bet back and have to fold their hand
He could also slowplayed QQ-AA pf and now raising for value.
I think call is likely better than shove, since I belive opponent is not raising there enough times with draws/bluffs that would mean you should shove thinking you have enough fold equity or overall equity if called.

I think this guy is calling a lot of crap on the Button just to play his Position.

I dont think that he is just raising here strong hands, maybe its a Jx, maybe its a Bluff or a Draw. The only Problem is the Big Blind, cause he seems to be unknown and Button isnt raising in Heads-Up Situation. If he has a Bluff, he must give himself Foldequity against two Players.

But your Hand is very strong. Of course it is "just" a Draw, but your Equity is fine. When you just call, you will become a problem on the Turn. Youre Out of Position and without a Hit its not easy to check/call a big bet there. You cannot know if you had enough implied Odds.

When you check/call the Turn, whats the Plan for the River? Bet if you Hit? Maybe you can write in the Chat that you Hit your Flush. Its too obvious.

This is an important Point, the playbility on the Turn ist really bad. In Position you maybe find a call, but out of position i like the 3-bet on the Flop.

Give him a Range of Sets, three Overpairs, AJo/s and 4 Draws...no pure Bluff:

Even against this Range you are not a big dog. If you know that your opponent is never folding after youre 3-bet here...you have to invest 89,50$ and be a part at a 204$ Pot...you need 43,8% Equity. And this is enough in this spot...

not much I could add. If you add pure bluffs to the given range you gain a lot money just by making him fold.
