Does 888 seem laggy? Or is it just me...

I was trying to play two tables only -- not much else running, but I kept on timing out.
I would click "Fold" and the action would happen much much later.

The final straw happened when I had QQ UTG, clicked to raise, and it timed out without ever posting my bet.

No other software is behaving like this...

For me is lag too and actually when I close the tables after I finish a session some of the money in my bankroll dissappears and It is not coming back even about a whole day long. I emailed them but I haven't got an answer yet

Not just you.
I just experienced the same thing.
My balance shows as 0 and when I try to log in to the cashier at
https://www.safe-cashier.com/account/login/
I can enter my username, but when I enter my password it just blanks out and says "Required field"

Most of the cash tables are empty as well, and tournaments have very few entrants.

It just came back, but the ticket I had used to register to the Sir Prize freeroll is gone, but the tournament didn't play
At least my balance is back

This just popped up:

I had the software freezing several times. Not always but sometimes when opening a new table. And the lobby never updates. So I would say the software is super buggy.

This happens to me from time to time.

Closing the software and restarting it often helps. If it doesn't work the first time, try again.
In the past there have been DNS problems. 888 has been stable for me for several days.

Today I got disconnected several times, so I had to stop playing after 20 minutes or so. Idk

Yes, I did as well.
In most cases, I could tell I was disconnected because the free spin notification popup kept reappearing.
Then the client just exited with a "connection lost" message.
I think it is happening all over, since at this time on a Saturday there seems to be almost no-one playing Snap (52 players only at NL 5)

OK it isn't just us:

Throughout the previous tournament I kept losing connection — and others did as well
Some players were showing "disconnected" instead of "sitting out"

In addition, PT4 could not read the hand history file — likely because there was pretty much nothing in them.
