At 15/30 I just fold. If you had a better kicker then I like to call, so you get more value from dominated hands postflop.
I disagree. The fact this is 15/30 gives me more reason to call. You have a stack and position, and should use that to your advantage -- you can always call a small bet if you miss the flop to see how he/she reacts on the turn.

This. Note that even though we can take reads at the earlier stages it's still preferable to just play our optimal game (playing looser to accomodate looser opponents won't gain us that much of an edge). Make your adjustments in the lategame.
