Hand of the day, ended well but still misplayed
Villain is a reg.
Preflop is pretty straight forward.
Flop: is also a clear range bet
Turn: Turn completes Villains straights, makes plenty of 2 pair. So Top pair is still only a mediocre hand, in spite of the nut FD. We have plenty of better hands to bet large for value and draws with lower equity to bluff with. So this hand is either a check or a small bet.
I was lucky that villain called and shove River
LAst reporting period feels just bad. Grinding small pots , 1-2 table max, I play reasonably well.
As soon as I play more tables. more than 1h, I start at some point overplaying hands, making stupid calls, gambling.
Maybe it is a good thing I recognize it. Maybe I will bever ge beyond the curent level of play.

Softest 1-2 game I ever played in. Great food, excellent dealers. Although it is a little disturbing to see the dealers take their tips and just putn them in their pockets instead of dropping them in a box.

I have the feeling that your main leak right now could be your mental state of mind.
1. Check your awareness, in what kind of situations you start tilting and quit --> will improve your Winrate drastically.
2. Believe in your self or you will play with to much caution --> you leave Value at the table.
You mastered your BR-Challenge before, so you should be confident that you can do it again.
After 10 years (see my BR-Challenge Blog) I started NL BSS with 5 Stacks on BetOnline went up to 18 Stack und went down to 6 Stacks again (I played about 20-30k hands in 5 days) The reason? I played autopilot and to many fast tables (3-4). Now I only play 1-2 Tables and I am up to 19 Stacks again in a frame of around 5k hands. I know it is no sample size but I recoignize that I play much better.
So keep it up and believe in yourself.

With few exceptions, I am playing only short sessions. 45-60 min maximum. Take a break. When it gets longer, I ususally reduce to 2 tables.

Those are long sessions for me.
Usually 30min at a time, but 3 or 4 during the day. Sometimes I'll 1-table for longer if the table has someone spewing at it.
The last two evenings, I grooved myself into ACR . First only NL5 and as soon as 3 BI for NL10 were reached, off to Blitz Poker. I'm curious how it will go. The first lunch break and after-work sessions were quite decent. Fastfold is not necessarily my thing. But in a small, weak pool....
ACR is grooving. I currently start with 1 Blitz table and switch to 2 tables as soon as I got into a good rhythm.
Good rhythm means really looking to play EVERY hand optimally.
As a warm up , I sometimes watch 10min of cold_smile play and explain video.
last week: Note how at the end the red line turns slowly downward and the winning line follows right away.
The se cond half of the reporting period was opposite of the graph above. It does not even feel like I played badly. For the most time, I just felt carddead. Towards the end it got somewhat better. There is still one thing I noticed during this time: I need to force myself not to start doing "fancy" plays, not to start isolating with marginal hands to compensate for being carddead.
Being up overall ist thanks to the Pokerstrategy extra money for playing on Chico only.

So, this week I have a few days off. I can finally play later in the evening. At my age, you need your sleep to regenerate the gray cells.In fact, after 10pm trafffic is pretty decent on the Chico network. Lots of VIPs, but also some good regs, so caution is always advised.There are some regs that I feel like they're always there. Sometimes I think of bots, but they don't exist, do they? Too bad there is no hand history for Boost and no HUD. Subjectively, I need the HUD to feel comfortable. Objectively, in game, I use it rather less. Occasionally.Notes on villain are more helpful. As with following hand. Without the note that Villain BvB bets 3 streets with AIRd, I would have had a hard time calling the river. Maybe I was just lucky.
I miss playing at Stars though. Software was soo much nicer.
Now I have to whine a little: I haven't experienced such a modest morning session for a long time.
There were many VIPs on the way.
And it started all so beautifully.
Not a big pot, but a very promising call with 7 high. I only bet because I didn't think I could in win any other way.
Then AK-flush against straight flush. I might have had to see that coming, the River Raise was probably greedy and suboptimal
Finally, when my flopped set, at turn became a dominated losing full house, I should have said: rather some study, or messing around than playing.

Whine equity is a real thing. If you complain correctly, you'll get rungood for a short time. Make the most of it. 
How do we measure progress, success or failure if we play only a small volume?
Having many losing sessions in a row makes you question the own abilities. Difficult spots become even more difficult. Where do we take the confidence from, that we are still playing a basically sound game and not total crap?

There are a couple of ways:
First, play each hand separately, and consider the hand a success if you played it correctly — by that I mean you put opponent on the correct range, and made the correct play for that range. Yes, you might lose, but if you play each hand correctly, the results will show in the long term
Do you enjoy the game? If so, you'll need to be able to enjoy losses as well as results. I recommend "The Mental Game of Poker" by Jared Tendler. In that book you'll find several techniques for improving your game as well as your confidence.
Thank you sir. I think it was the uncious competence level we want to achieve. I'll pull out the book again.
It is not the first time you gave me this advice.

Last i checked, you can run a HUD in boost with betonline card catcher but I'm not sure if it support H2N.
