Opponent stats: VPIP 20%, PFR 14%, ATS 20%, 3bet 5% after 224 hands.

In first hand I cbet flop and turn with two overcards and nut flush draw but when I get raise all in turn I decide fold vs sets and overpairs I have less euuity than on flop.
Second hand similar on turn I get combo draw and typical river busted. I decide third barrell (Sets and straight should raise on flop/turn).

Very bad lines?

No. Both hands are correct. It's rare to see NL2 player having the guts to apply such a pressure. If you manage to reduce your tilt issues to a minimum you will crush the limits in no time.

You are whining too much, you cannot accept bad beats and coolers. You tilt a lot, you spew. This devaste your winrate.

Yes I cannot accept this because I get the most times only hands/setup like here and it is too many for me. Seriously it is too hard get finally good runnout for several days? With hands like this I can't crush micro stakes, sorry.

With hands

You are playing the hands. Instead of playing the player. First level of thinking. Your desicions should be based on information not on your hand that you hold. The more information you have about your opponents the less your hand matters

I lose vs players which play hands shouldn't be on flop and next streets. For example who except that player on SB just call raise and squeeze BB with AKs? Bad move but he win big pot. On micro is a lot like this example. I'm watching how players game on tablebut with bad hands you can't do a lot with them especially on micro stakes (for describe I squeeze preflop jacks and two players call - one of them is recreative, flop comes AK9 rainbow so only one line is possible good).

If you sturggle to beat NL2 you are doing it wrong. You are spewing where you shouldnt be.

The problem is not in the hands or the other players, it's in you!

So what I can do when I have only spots when I should fold? Can't get value, of course I lose money like in this spots. You know too that for beat micro stakes value hands are must be.
For another site with that opinion player which open raise all in preflop with A6o and double up is of course ok. But when I try play good is not ok because I angry when my efforts are fruitless.

I told you. Your play is correct here. Just reduce your tilt to a minimum and stop spewing (in general), not about this particular spots

I need to buy a punching bag and put neraly place of the game. When I have spots like here, bad runs I can even hit him a few times and maybe help something.

I have a punching bag, haven't used it in a while and I should.

Punching bag might give you a temporary relief but wont heal the problem from its roots. Find the reasons for your anger and eliminate them. You need to fix your mindset.

Here is some tips of the most common reasons:
1) fear
2) sadness
3) sense of injustice
4) jealousy (some player is being extremely lucky), a synonim to 3
5) hubris - if the one believes is better than the other players bad beats and coolers could drive him crazy. Especially if they come from weak fishy player. Another synonim to 3

Someone once asked "But what do you do if you get unplayable hands hour after hour?"
(I can't really remember if it was Doyle Brunson, but I think so) replied, "You fold hour after hour"
But then went on to say that after an orbit or two, you've appeared to be quite tight, so start to steal etc.

I try still blinds for example preflop but often I get 3way action on people call preflop A8o and call flop Q52 rainbow when they should easy fold. In that cases steal is not easy.

OK — thanks for confirming my guess.

OK, if you're getting too much action, perhaps you're playing too many hands, or not betting enough.
I know that the modern school of thought is betting 2.5 or even 2BB when open raising from the button, but if you open 2BB and SB calls, BB has odds to call w/ ATC.

Do you use a tracker?
If so, download your hands and look at some of your stats.

I open always 3bb in every position. I avoid cbet for example with AKo on boards T98 (and flush draw on board too). Before I used free database to stats now I don't use at this moment. Hands not work too, in first three days only one sets, no straights, flush or better hands.
