I play sometimes on 888 poker im from Germany on 09.05.22 i made a withdraw request that as they say it was completed the next day.
Untill now that im writing i havent received the money, i have contact them multiple times i have send them my bank statements that prooves that i havent recieved the money they tell me that they send the money and its not their fault maybe its the payments service provider fault and they will look at it and answer me in 72 hours max we are now passed a month and im still waiting.i also asked them multiple time to send me a proof of the wire transfer but nothing they dont send it.Does anyone had such an experience with them?How more should i wait?What can i do to take my money?Thanks in advance and sorry for my english

same experience i had a while back until i hired a casino programmer who assisted with my frozen withdrawal.
