When I logged in this morning, I saw that I had a message.

It was this:

We hope this message finds you well. We want to bring to your attention a recent issue that occurred between October 6 and November 21, where an incorrect Spin & Gold Probability configuration led to an increased X2 multiplier probability in 3 Max games. This resulted in extra fees being collected.

Upon identifying the issue, we promptly rectified the incorrect configuration. Furthermore, we have reimbursed the extra fees collected due to this configuration error to the affected players. (It will be credited to your balance by 19:00 UTC, if you still have not received it.)

We understand the impact this may have had, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to providing the best possible gaming experience.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

It is good to see that they fix their mistakes, and refund the money accidentally collected.

Well said. I got the same email. Who knew? I certainly didn't notice a difference in my balance, or more specifically wasn't paying enough attention to notice there'd been a difference.

I track my balance daily, and the additional amount was $0.06

I plan to go on a holiday to Mexico next spring. I will be sure to spend the six cents on something special.

I was playing a good amount of 20 dollar spins and got 40 dollars back with this.
Comparing it to the total buy-ins it sure doesn't seem like much, like 25 cents per 20 dollar buy-in.
