I need to look through the folded to turn and river cbet stats and see if I am just calling down with no hope of winning. Some of the hands I'm already like why are you checking and then folding? :facepalm::appl:
One important thing to note with 3Bet calling preflop. It is completely normal to have a big losing winrate. (Also important to note is 600hands is still a small sample)
However -330bb/100 is a bit too high but not as bad as you would expect.
To prove this. Consider what your winrate would be if every time you opened preflop and got 3Bet you folded 100%.
Your win rate would be -300bb/100 ( if your standard open size preflop is 3bb)
So the winrate you should be aiming for should be lower than -300bb/100 and then you are doing better than folding range.
Just checked my stat for the year (400 hands - small sample) and I am losing at -90bb/100. My average open size is around 2.5bb. So I am well within my -250bb/100.
For your case it seems you already realise you need to tighten up in certain spots. I would also recommend significantly tightening up your 3Bet/calling range when you would be OOP on the flop. Just a few small adjustments and self control and I'm sure you'll quickly see improvements in winrate there

It's not just the calling 3 bets, its the bluffing and not just bet flop and give up or double barrel, its me emptying the clip. I really need to stop, if I miss I should just give up unless I have some equity. I also need to look at how I am doing vs short stacks, I seem to always be behind, doesn't matter if its pre flop or with me having top pair on the flop.
Thanks for the advice, I am trying to implement some sort of game plan for the next 70k hands and then will look at it again and see if I have improved or if I am completely hopeless.

I'd say I am getting used to having electricity sometimes, but I am not, its really really shit. 2hrs off now and then 4 hours on and then off for 4hrs, at least its not as bad as the rest of the country, we don't get the full force of the power cut bad beat jackpot.

My first weeks back I also played too lose and too much OOP. My winrate changed alot for the better when i became tighter in EP + OOP and paid more attention to villains aggression + betsizes. On the microstakes when they tripel barrel they almost always have it. In general when they show aggression or bet big they have it.
Yeah that is indeed a sick multiway hand. I can maybe remember a 3way allin in cash game with a shorty. or once a year a setup BU vs SB vs BB with QQ,AK+ for each but... yeah, have no good memories of that multiway stuff!

I've seen what you posted ( a lot of images with almost no stats ) and the only stats you can read from your post is Vpip/Pfr, 3bet, WTSD, W$SD.
I can see you are on the nitty side from your Vpip/pfr and your 3bet (5% is low) . WTSD it looks really good but the W$SD is kinda high when you lose money so i guess you go to showdown only when you have really good hands, i assume your WWSF is kinda low.
When you review your stats you should make a report by positions and this report should include :
VPIP - PFR
Raise First In - RFI
Win-rate and Ev win-rate
3Bet -Fold-to-3bet
Cold-call
Cbet on flop/turn/river
Fold to cbet on flop/turn/river
Raise vs Flop Cbet
WTSD - W$SD - WWSF
4bet range (not frequency)
Fold to 4bet
River call efficiency

I don't have to many hands for now but the Rush pool seems ok and on the normal tables you can find enough recreational players.
Month so far, been skipping lots of days as I am grinding 3 sites atm. I basically play GGP when there aren't many tables going locally. I'm running hot in my daily freebies so that's why its on the up, but I have booked some small wins in cash as well so hopefully I can get that graph going in the right direction, not going to lose to 2nl, fuck that.

So, I've found where I can look at these stats in HEM3, it's a lot. I need to find out how to run a report on all the positions for every one of those stats, adding one at a time to my report doesn't really show much atm. I'll report back on this when I figure it out.
