Well, what rooms are partnered with PokerStrategy.com can depend on what country the player lives in.
For me, BetOnline is available.
Mods have no access to member data, so I suggest that you create a customer support ticket Follow the link then click the 
beside "Open a new ticket"
Give them all the details you can, such as your username, the date when you joined and so on.
