I have a podcast I did back in March at Polish Winter Cup coming - I hope my friend let's me release in without cutting things out.
It's about private games, degens, Tom Dwan and him being asked for ptotection money by a Gypsy King after he won big in his game.
And I will release Limons podcast after I bleep it and level out sound - somehow this hosting and private games world fascinates me, that and streaming are where the big money are made in poker. I wonder if I can get under 100 bleeps in that one ♦ man is a legend but he has been banned on twitter 4 times now, twoplustwo 7 times, reddit 3 times and there's a much longer list ♦
Hand analysis from the 13.5k Vegas 18 man SnG
This is winner takes all - we play chipev Ranges
PREFLOP A♣:J♠: in SMALL BLIND CO - Mielon I met a few times
Spoiler
I had a TIGHT PUBG PRO who won the whole thing eventually to my left in BB, I didn't expect to be 3bet often enough so opted for the call.
It's a mix in Wizard ranges at 100 BB - not used to it, seems fine
FLOP 9♣:8♦:5♠:T♦:K♦:
He bets under 1/2 pot. I do have some backdoors but the main reason why I called was
1) Great board for my range, I can turn it into a bluff later
2) This is my strongest Ahi as I'd (incorrectly) 3bet AQ+
I would (incorrectly) 3bet all AQ+, so I decided to check call. Mielon is on the looser side - it's a mix in wizard, I think call is fine
TURN
CHECK/CHECK RIVER
It was going time obviously I knew I should have overbet
Best bluffing combos are ones with a diamond (naturally) and we are just meant to overbet to 300% pot with QJo plus
This combo is bet mostly as a BLOCKBET
And we bet it along with Tx etc.
Opponent's reaction
- we fold out AQ, some pocket pairs even 9x - it didn't occur to me to be really that small, what worse is folding? Turns out yeah, there are a good amount of combos and we don't face River Bet as often, put pressure on him instead of the other way around. Bloody cool bruv:)
Oh yeah, and he's supposed to fold his combo, dammit Mielon ♦
I got message from KKpoker that the tourney was running, i opened it, i had already lost, you were 5/5 on final table and busted out Ax vs 98 SB vs BB. You left 0.7 BB behind when making the push but called the shove and lost.
I did get a token in the freeroll that runs around the clock - you get a chance to win minimum $1 up to the package outright, fingers crossed.
I actually lost KK vs A6 when in 10th, but top 10 get the token, top prize was $29 so it almost doesn't matter, I got what I wanted.
I usually dick around in these freerolls, but after I grinded for 7 hours straight with max focus for the $1500 3rd place I just tried hard out of habit in this one too and it worked out ♦
That's really the only way you can get better at anything - try, get experiences, screw up, learn, build habits.
I was like down a stack again in NL2 today - big stakes compared to FL.04 - but then won like +3stacks in few hands. The amount of big mistakes that some people make is making it profitable to continue playing...
At the moment I cannot imagine playing a 7hour tourney, I have two small kids that I need to spend hours with every day and yesterday I woke up 3am, today 5am... sleeping problems... would be so happy to get some sleep, any sleep Can't risk taking part of a big tourney at the moment, so afraid I mess up and don't have sleep again for no reason
Well the good news about tourneys is - once it gets to 4+ hours in the faster ones you are already in the money and get to fight to make even more - it was exhausting and I am still feeling it couple days later, but at least you always get cash when you play long
Private poker games - are they like Molly's Game the movie, or is the truth more boring? How do they work in Europe? I travelled to Slovakia to find out - Premieres 16:00 UTC/18:00 CET
In Rozvadov I will interview Scarmak3r who 5 years ago turned $5.5 into $1,364,687 in party millions online
- He is a crusher, who had multiple big scores online last 6 months, and a Sunrun at EPT Paris this year too.
it's very impressive to stay relevant and motivated after such a gigantic bink online - he had $2,600 in winnings before his Party Millions 3rd place, yet here he is, crushing it 5 years later on all fronts.
I will try to find out all about MTT Strategy and his ballsy bluffs, and long-run motivation tips - the podcast will be in our video section!
I am grateful for anyone watching, commenting, etc. BlaΕΎ Ε½erjav is a total crusher, you can tell from just hearing him talk about the game. I think the biggest standout is that even though he is straight buying into $10k tournaments he still throws in $2 MTTs online weekly without flinching - just loving the game is what makes you successful really, and was the only path for someone with $2k in their roll binking $1.3+ million and actually doubling down, studying and grinding and becoming much more than a score like that
Honestly, this package is just perfect - you get in it a 1K EUR stack in a streamed cash game - Remember the Big Game? One Loose Cannon got a $100k stack, he kept the profit? Something like that. I have now read 4books on MTTs, have done a lot of preflop studying in Wizard, got coaching from Barry - BUT - all my high-stakes friends are cash gamers, when they do session reviews I just tune in and get epic coaching in effect, I work on the cash game guide, and with that, all the videos I make there's not been a big period where I grinded and studied MTTs yet. So getting into this would be damn epic:
And so can you, TOP10 in these 4 remaining freerolls +10 each who bust an invite go into final freeroll for the VIP package that has the cash game stack in

I like the bluff raise of the A scarecard with his pocket 77 got ya!!!
It caught me off guard! It really didn't make much sense and my spidey senses were tingling - but I just didn't give enough credit to an older live MTT play to bluff with that line enough - well played to the opponent indeed
The solvers prefer to bluff lower pairs that unblock my weak hands more but if I will overfold like every time instead of calling sometimes he just destroyed me!
Here we go, another Live event. This time the KK Poker's Bratislava Poker Festival - I'll be playing the 700EUR main event.
Last time I brutally bubbled, being well ahead in 3 hands in a row preflop, and my Hendon is still blank - damn.
The main thing I will focus on is Dara O'Kearney you all know I assume - we will do a video for our strategy section!
Besides that I will play the cash game satties every day (you play a tourney for a cash game stack :)), try to score in the Beer Pong, Ping Pong and foosball tournaments (they are for actual cash prizes π€£)
And have a bunch of shorts planned. Like when people complain about GTO Wizard at the tables to have an actual wizard hiding under the table
