There's 1920 in the pot on the turn, so your bet of 1500 definitely doesnt give the villain the odds to call with a flush draw. He could have a made hand like KJ clubs on the flop, but that's hard to pick out. I think your bet on the turn almost pot commits you; theres not really a card that's going to make you fold -- so I might overshove on the turn.
