My advice is still, try to crush like PLO10 HU and 6max vs fish with max winrate. You could get like +15 to +30bb/100. Then there aren't those swings. If your winrate is less than +10bb/100, there will always be huge swings. Also if you play your max stakes that you can afford, there is always this extra pressure of "playing almost too high". The problem is that if opponents are not really bad ones, the edge that hero has is not +40bb/100 versus them. As the rake is probably around 15bb/100, that 40bb/100 edge would net 25bb/100 winrate. There are definitely opponents who give that kind of edge, but are there enough? What comes to HU, I would say that when opponent raises pot preflop and doesn't do crazy shit postflop, it's really hard to beat the rake (if the rake is normal at HU hands).
At Unibet it seems that rake is 3%, and in 2-3 handed the cap is half (normally 15bb, in 2-3 handed 7,5bb). At least that was the case at 2021, I couldn't find any information on the rake on their official website. The funny thing is that there is rake calculator and unibetpoker website that says the average rake at PLO10 is 22bb/100. Which is way different than what it should be with 3% rake.

Yes but the risk is still lower playing +10bb/100 at PLO10 than +5bb/100 at PLO100. But yes, he would probably get way more out of PLO100+
Risk is lower, but also profits. 10bb/100 at PLO10 versus 5bb/100 at PLO100 is around 5x times more profits at PLO100.

I open MP, CO 3bet (way too wide), SB cold call (...), I 4bet and both call. Flop we have 30bb behind. I am actually bit curious to check HOW bad that SB cold call is... Answer is -6.8bb in trainer. CO 3bet is -0.6. When SB calls again my 4bet it must be at least -20bb.

Probably crazy hero call in this vs that maniac. I just expected him to call flop with any kind of draw, pocket pair or even bd draw. So when I checked turn my plan was to still mainly call river. This was bit weird one preflop. I open, SB call, BB squeeze, I call, SB 4bets, BB folds, I call. Then flop is kinda bad but its only 44bb to call so I need only bit over 20% equity. I think it was 25% I had this time. Not helping villain dominating my bdfd. But yeah obviously SB should have 3bet pre and probably would have saved money. BB is also not squeezing that much as only reason to not 3bet that would be maniac BB.
In this one MP opens (with wider than BU range is supposed to be) and I call SB. X-r flop, pot turn and shove remainder on river. Its optimistic if nothing else from this opponent. Apparently not concerned at all how dirty his improvement cards are. But yeah have got lot of value from this fellow recently.
This was brutal from opponent point of view. When you get it all in with flopped boat and your equity shows <1%. Just raising flop on bigger side to protect my holding (mainly from all pockets) and build this pot. Obviously I were expecting 8x with decent equity so 44 was awesome surprise.
