Dear community,
today I was at a table where villian who had position to me was often 3 betting me. I tried some time to call his bet and I never hit something nice, and so lost a lot of BB here. What would you do in such a situation. I stopped playing at the table, I started to become tired and thought it is not good to continue here...

Quick note:
Make a separate thread for each hand — it is easier for other members to keep track of what hand we're talking about.
In this case though, the three hands are all about the same so that's fine here.

Players will often defend their blinds by 3Betting, so look for a spot to 4Bet. You might want some 4Bet bluffs in your range, too.
The 66 is a bit light, but 88 - TT are ideal 4Bet bluff hands. JJ+ you can still 4Bet, but they ain't bluffs any more.

Hi VorpalF2F,
thank you very much for your feedback. I also thought I can't 4 bet with 44 or 66, also not with KJ, if I get called I think I'm behind nearly everytime. When you 4 bet the consequence is when villian is going all in we call with a normal stack size of 100BB? I think yes, we already spent so many chips then that calling is our only option? When deeper like 200BB or more I would think again if I do the same. What is your opinion here?

Raise 3BB, 3Bet 9BB and 4 bet is already 27BB, spent from my side, can we still fold here?

Which Ax hand would you 4-bet here?

best regards,
kingdollar

AJ+, but the AJ part of that depends on opponent.

I prefer also 1 hand per thread.

KJo is a hand I would most likely fold to a 3bet and not sure why you lead the flop.
44 is a hand I would consider to limp/call. 44 is a hand that's hard to play post-flop in a 3bet pot with a lot of over card on the flop most of the time.
66 is a little bit stronger than 44, but I would most likely play it as limp/call as well without position and consider to call 1 time if villain likes to cbet a lot.

Not a fan to make the pot to big pre-flop without position. If you plan to 4bet you need almost play for stacks.

Cheers,
