JJ in CO vs BB defend

Hi Craftedid,
I would 4Bet pre, but that's just me. BB is not playing with a full stack
Others would have different ideas.

I *might* fold the flop, but that depends on what (if anything) I know about BB.
As played, I'll call the turn as well.

One comment though: It's important to keep the results a secret, to avoid giving the reviewers too much information.

For most of us, yes, but never underestimate the temptation to peek 😁

If you are 4betting pre-flop you will play for stacks as well. It will be all-inn or fold for villain with his/her stack. If I 4bet I would make it like 26bb in total.
As played I would most likely check behind and go for it with middle set on the turn. Ace is more in villains range than yours after his 3bet and your call. As played villain has only 61,5bb behind and board is pretty dry except a backdoor flush draw that's unlikely with the A♠: on the board. I would make it like 20bb and call a shove. Only 1 hand you lose against that makes any sense. T9 seems pretty unlikely in villains range.

I would personally just flat pre and not play for stacks in NL2.

As played pre, I would check behind flop. We are way ahead or way behind here. Villain could check weaker Ax, KK and QQ for instance here. So what is your bet accomplishing on the flop? And if they had a hand like KQ, they might check-fold twice anyway, so would really love to see a check here on the flop with position.

Turn is just a cooler here anyway, bet/jam and be sad about the result.
