What was that pass from Olmo? ♠_thumbsup:
Anyway, trying to refocus on low-buy-in SNGs after heavy partying. There's also a big camera (36 € videocamera) from China, now arrived 8km from here in a nearby village. Will try to pick that one up and really focus on making good movies from real estate.
+0,04€ in 14min session. Monthly total buyins already 7,5€ (year average 3,47€; so far highest was 7,1€ in June); ROI in July is +51% with bonuses (currently +3,86€ in July (playing up to 0,25€ tournaments)).
Focusing on stabile, regular, long-term grind with good BRM.
Moved up and played many 0,25€ Twisters also together with 10c to 20c SnGs; total -0,50€ in 53min. Overall I think well played, one Twister I lost -0,25€ as the HU opponent refused deal on huge prize pool (1,25€ prizepool) and in the end sucked out on the River with turned gutshot (I went all-in on turn, me pushing top pair (I would have gained chiplead if the top pair had held)).
So far this year's monthly graph, money won in €:

Discovering loads of gamble from the past/youth; turns out these extreme experiences I had during 2018-2025 is also my own "fault" ( I was challenging myself to explore more and more far places). There's absolutely no need to take such high risk challenges.
Long way to a Taskbar button.
Has been a long way to this button for me; I don't know why, I hadn't used computer for a long time and approached as developer, so for some reason I tried to program the F12 key to open the Calculator. It worked, then it refused to do that, now it did it again after reprogramming. (F11 opened the keyboard programmer on my Lenovo Thinkpad). But meanwhile when it didn't work I added a taskbar button for the calculator, I had the time to do that for the first time in 2 years, had been super busy not even having the time to learn how to add that.
Calculator is super useful for calculating monthly ROI and business stuff, also perfect for long-term goal setting.

Twisters/DoNs have some crazy variance; -0,21€ in 47minute session playing up to 0,25€ buy-in; total buy-ins in session 2€ so -10% ROI. July monthly still up +3,55€. Hoping to remain at 0,25€ buy-in level
I need 250€ poker roll for that and I have 260€ poker roll...

I'm a "fan" of PowerToys. alt+space and then just enter "=" and the calculation you need.
Yes, I do... participate in these systems as an user, instead of fighting these systems... This is often not understood.
Decided to use the €1 free ticket in a PLO HU match; took it down; other than that, -0,12€ in 10c DoN SnGs; for a total of +1,74€ in 40min session. Gotta keep grinding with good BRM
+0,12€ in 27min session, crazy variance as I invested like 1,5€ to buy-ins. Opp refused deal in the end with chiplead in 0,25€ Twister (with 0,75€ prizepool) but lost it all then in few hands.
+0,61€ in 2hour session at 5:45am, up to 0,25€ buy-in level. Really reaching a discipline and habit of playing regularly. This brings a certain type of sports joy. Finished 2nd in $0.11 Hyper Bounty MTT with huge bounties.
I really feel I should stick to my own practice (sports, gamedev) and not try to do other things. This makes me very happy.
For years I was struggling with motivation. After 3 years of hiking I ended up in girlfriend’s place. There I bought a cheap laptop again and tried to play some online poker, and I was winning, but this was very irregular and as I was busy with other things, I quit the regular poker. I went to work as help teacher to a public school, and I learned a ton. But poker is really stubborn. It’s just so good these games. It keeps reminding me of that. I could just feel bad and not finding career in countryside (after being fired from the help teacher position)... then I see these beautiful images in my mind of cards at an online poker table. So we drag these wires and build and oven in the old outside basement with kid, and I play NL2 there on PokerStars with huge winrate. This made me happy but I still quit as I wasn’t really believing in that. But poker still keeps showing up in unexpected places. We broke up with girlfriend for few months and I lived at friend’s place (who’s really funny person), and as he was playing a competitive multiplayer team online video game from his forest house; I took care of his dog while he was working in nearby factory to pay back his „food loan“. I started to play NL2 again from laptop that girlfriend had given me, with huge winrate. I started to talk to this friend how he can live his dream life in that forest house by playing poker without having to go to work. Later when we moved together again with girlfriend, I was trying to impress her with my winrate on FL.04 tables on PokerStars. This worked but as the reason for playing wasn’t very good, I still struggled with motivation. Until finally, this year, I understood by trying a 1000+ buy-in BRM, that if I take the sports career seriously, it can be done long-term. Too high challenges kind of remove the motivation, while correct efforts (as correct as I can) add motivation. I no longer talk to her about poker or boast with my poker results, I simply play without disturbing the rest of the family. I also don’t rely on poker winnings at the moment, which is quite good in a poker career.

Wow! She lived a long way away! 😁
Yes, combining hiking, video games and soccer now for kids... 🤨 She also swims sometimes for 1hour in 3m deep water 🫣
Kids went camping to the neighbour's yard. I will soon transport the necessary in-tent equipment with a bicycle. Meanwhile hoping to start a nice grind and feed the two kittens who are pretty big already.

Super nice grind also results-wise, won in all 4 tournaments (3xDon + 1x PLO Hyper MTT), total +0,64€ in 1hour5min session (up to 0,2€ buy-ins).
