You raised too little. Bet 3/4 pot instead of little by little even if you wanted to get a lot of value here you should have raised more to protect your hand against the flush.

you should bet a little more on the turn and I think you can consider folding river, since he isn´t really bluffing there enough times that you should call him down

I would bet bigger on the flop and turn. On the flop, it is definitely a bet/fold situation. On the turn, he could easily have a 2 pair that might just call you down with so I would still bet over half pot. I think calling the river is fine... he could often show a Q there or some slow played 2 pair.
