Check behind on river correct? or can I still value bet against something?

I like your turn bet against such passive guys. When they raise you have a very easy fold.

River is close I think he can have a lot of low pockets here or Ahigh that will probably call.I excluded pocket aces out.

Situation is very close and maybe he even plays some hand like JT/9T or AK/AQ like this. He can also delay his monsters till the river so I would preffer to check here unless I would have a read that he will also call hands like Khigh here.
