According to the optimal pre-flop play article you can 3-bet in the SB vs a steal from the button if you have a 43% equity edge (45% vs a lag, assuming SB:BB 1:2). But considering it's a steal raise you should not use the PFR % given by PT, and also the "Attempt to steal %" is not entirely correct (if the raiser tries to steal more from the SB). What is a good indication of the steal raising range from the button?
