I'm beginning to think my BB/100 could be a lot better, if I folded more often in these situations.
Although I have won some of these hands against pure or semibluffs, i think most of the time I lose and have to pay 2 BB to see what has beaten me :/
Is there a general method how to play such situations?
Call when i have the Odds?
I geuss most of the time the opponent holds two pair at least, more often a Set.
As I don't have PT yet, it's hard to tell against what kind of opponent i'm playing. Any suggestions what i can do meanwhile? :)
Thanks for help!

1. The only hand u can win from a 3-bet flop is JJ and i doubt he would raise here, so i would fold
2. Turn raise is a bit weird here. Depends on the read i would 3-bet here, call down or fold

thank you.
I guess i call too often in those situations, I'll try to work on it.
I'm really more and more looking forward to PT/PA.
