No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) - Hold'em Manager Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

saw flop

SB ($19.60)
BB ($50)
UTG ($50)
Gerv (MP) ($50)
CO ($42.70)

Button ($62.20)

Preflop: Gerv is MP with A♥, J♣
1 fold, Gerv bets $1.75, CO raises $3, 3 folds, Gerv calls $1.25

Flop: ($6.75) 9♥, T♣, 7♣ (2 players)
Gerv checks, CO checks

Turn: ($6.75) 4♥ (2 players)
Gerv checks, CO checks

River: ($6.75) 3♠ (2 players)
Gerv checks, CO checks

I put him exactly on AK/AQ/KQ so is 1 barrel sufficient to let him fold on Turn or River? Or must I make it 2 barrels for this?

twice i think.

just so that he doesnt put you on a draw on the turn

but if he puts you on busted draws then he might call

you beat KQ, so you can take your hand to showdown
once you bet turn, then likely you have to bet river, but he could easily go there pot control with overpair or some pair that he´d call you down, so until you don´t know which hands he´d play that way, checking it down is ok.
