i'll take it that you just started playing poker?

this will happen so many times in poker that you will get partially immune to it

and i say partially because there will always be a part of you calling you a nitty idiot

but dont worry, most of the times a fold will be the correct move

I'm a beginner and there are plenty of times when I've folded after a raise weak draws that were completed during the river but it's poker...it takes a lot of heart to gamble with mid pairs, I think your decision was correct
