Hi,
my first hand post here! I don't really have a read on villain, maybe a bit passive...So what do you think? Did i overbet the flop?

Hi prg09,

Welcome to the forum! Q9s is a fold pre-flop according to the SHC, it's best to stick to it in the beginning. And whenver you have a playable hand, you definitely want to raise bigger pre-flop, we never min-raise, especially with 2 limpers behind you.

It's good to see that you have taken the iniative to post sample hands to be evaluated

As Dandycal points out, Q:d9:d is a preflop fold since it ain't in our starting hands chart referring to this link: http://resources.pokerstrategy.com/Strategy/en/ps_nl_basic_handout_V3_en.pdf

Now as played, you have to go all-in on the Flop BUT Í don't like Q:d9:d on a nine high flop at all in a raised pot
