Hi!

Bet flop! Reasons:

-your equity is pretty good 3way here with two overs and gutshot and sometimes you are even ahead of BB (if he has AT,A9s),BU is bad anyway
-you produce fold equity against TT- pockets
-by checking you almost turn up your AK holding so good players can make perfect decitions against it
-when they raise you gather much more information as by c/c

as played.... I think you have to raise/call turn and probably fold river ui. If he just calls you have another valuebet.
