I thought this was a nice board to abuse his high cbet%. Because of his small stack I decide to minraise. Does this move make any sense at all or am I just burning money?
You are just burning money, he wont fold 7x, Kx, pocketpairs and probably good aces.
minraise looks strong (vs thinking player) and it's cheap. His cbet stats isn't as high as you think (74% is not that high in microstakes, I usually have 90%, cbetting in headsup almost everytime because villians are not playing back very often) but he is certainly going to cbet air 100% on this board.
I like the play if you think you can get him to fold his AX hands. Of course a thinking player might also think that you are more likely to flat KX and a fullhouse rather than to minraise but you can't ever be too sure.
I'd fold or 3bet preflop.
Calling A3s relies on either implied odds when you hit a flush or a straight, or foldequity if you hit a draw and are aggressive.
Vs a 50BB stack you can't go for either of the two.
As played i think a minraise should be +EV.
A float would also be an option.
