hate the check/raise once again. This guy has loose passive tendencies so I want to bet small (half pot?) and give myself a cheap price, with the intention of barreling the turn (to set a small price for myself again).

Then check/fold any river without the hearts, even with A or Q because he could well have a set/twopair that is afraid of the straight. I will bet like 90% pot on river if I hit.

The reason why the check/raise is so bad is that villian is likely to check back with his air cause hes passive and his WTS is 49% - you can never get him to fold any piece of the board.

Ohh man, I just love craise flop here, especially since we are a bit deep. I cant see why I shouldnt since I can do this with TT+, sets and draws. I check-raise for value in this spot, with like my entire range. I dont want to be readable and cbet flop, and not knowing where I am at when turn comes a blank, and have to c/c often since he is such a station.

So not so much the question whether my craise on flop is good or not....

The turn is just such a scarecard, but after my craise on the flop, I cant ever represent a straight here, and my equity is pretty horrible vs his range after this turn.

bet folding like $33 to draw to my flush and make him fold his pretty 1-pair and maybe 2pair hands?

Oh and, villain is not passive.....

normal aggression frequency, his flop aggression frequency was 46 btw.

"I dont want to be readable and cbet flop,"

he is a fish so don't bother balancing. I think he is more along the lines of semi-aggressive, with his 24/12 stats. By check/raising, you make yourself pay a huge price.

I expect to get paid off huge almost always if I hit my flush so I want to give myself implied odds and keep the pot small.

At first i thought i'd cbet this all day but after seeing that you found this to be an easy checkraise-spot i thought about it again and i actually like the cbet.

My reason for cbetting would be that he has worse FDs against which i want to get as much money in as possible.
Looking at it there actually aren't so many FDs - basically just K  J♥, J♥T♥, T♥9♥ and 9♥8♥.

So he's usually either folding with his air or calling/raising hands like 99-JJ and sets.
You get it in vs sets either way (c/r or bet/3bet) and he's usually bettig all of his pairs and basically any draw, so you have the same result there.

But additional advantages of checkraising are that you not only get a bet out of his air hands but you also merge your checkingrange on this kind of board while you're not giving up value.

So the next time you sit there with something like KQs he might check back his air because he's afraid of getting checkraised again - in this case you can easily bet the turn because he#s folding almost 100% of the time (as long as he didn't hit something on the turn).

Once you checkraised i'd bet this turn. You're only afraid of 76s and 65s, there are a total of 6 combinations of these.

And you'll get him to fold TT and JJ - if he calls your turnbet you can shove any river because he would raise a straight most of the time on the turn - once you shove the river he can't call with his pair- or 2pair- hand, even a set has a very hard time.
