I think the only was you can lose the first hand (posted by augustus) is if they hold QQ and the river is a Q.

Is that actually the only way?

Obviously a split is possible if they have the same straight and river blanks but I can only see one possible loss.

Well I'm a fish in PLO so i somehow fail to see straight flush draw there. Also he's drawing to quads for nuts, not full house. QQ and JJ beats him if Q or J come on river.
