I think c/c flop - c/r turn would be better, he could even fold hands like KK to my checkraise on this dry board. I actually hate my play here.
I'd probably play this the same way, because some people won't believe that you have the A and call down with KK, QQ, JJ anyway.
If you want to slow play I'd go for c/c flop, c/c turn, donk river instead, because it makes it more likely that they'll call that extra bet instead of c/r the turn.
Check/call flop, check/raise turn is no option for me. He might check behind worse hands and if he bets he may fold almost any hand that would calldown to a flop check/raise.
The line from DukeFreedom sounds interesting but I prefer the direct check/raise a bit better as you will get called down often as well so you gain 1 extra SB and you also make your check/raise flop line stronger. If you start delaying your strong hands you might get called down lighter when you check/raise as a bluff.
