[Closed] 50dollar starting capital

Hello

I registered here and passed the quiz over a week ago...
Then i sent picture of my ID, but with erased picture...
Then i got reply, and i sent pic of my ID again with all information on it...
Again reply that i have to send another picture with me holding ID next to my face...
ok, did that too, but now this is already almost a week ago, and no money and no reply yet.
Does it really take so long to compare my face with pic on ID?

Please be patient a little longer, our customer support team have lots of applications at the moment and they are working through them.

The support team will notify you when your starting capital is ready or if they require any further information from you.

Not sure if you mean that you filled out your telephone number incorrectly or failed badly during the telephone call.

In either case, I would suggest you contact the support team and ensure that they hold your correct details.

• Support Ticketing System

You need to pass both the ID check and telephone call for the starting capital to be allocated to you.
As above, please be patient while support team work their way through the applications.

one week ago I receveid the 50 bucks pokerstragy starting capital at pokerstars.

How much time have I to clear the bonus? 90 days?

How much vpp points have I collect during this time? 500 vpp?

Yes, but there will probably be less support staff available compared to weekdays, so please be patient.

Passed the quiz today, and also I recived my starting capital 50$ !

PokerRoom I choose Cake Poker, however, I chose if I want to play limmiite 0.05$ / 0.10$ then comes ERROR it should be, the protection of a bankroll!!

How can it off? Or, it can hardly be removed?? I look forward to prompt reply!

this feels kinda dodgey giving a random site so much personal details about myself . if i gave u my id check u would have my address, my name , my pps number.. could be a scam

You are of course right to be cautious when dealing with any online company, however I can confirm that PokerStrategy is both a legitimate and highly responsible & well respected company. This is not a scam.

All personal details are treated in strictest confidence and never provided outside of the customer support team/Head Admins. For example moderators do not have access to your details.

How long does it usually takes from sending info to get money?
