Should i raise bigger preflop?

No, your raise size is fine, consider that likely you have nuts most of the flops anyway, so you don´t have to protect your AA that much
I think shove is ok on the turn, but you can also c/rai consider how dry is board and that K is scare card for him if he has 77 or TT
But if your image is very bad or he is calling station, shove is also ok
After c/rai plan on the turn, I´d shove river if he checks behind. I think that doesn´t seem that strong than just shoving on the turn
