No one wants to read the crap you posted in this thread.
i do, i think he's the only one worth listening here
Really now?
It hurts my head when bronze and silver people talk strategy was a contribution worth
a pinch of shit? If he felt the advice given was so poor, then why not do what this community
was designed to have done and offer something up discussion wise about why it is a bad
idea to leave the table?
Ok some people will give bad advice but that is how they play and if it is a huge leak help them
plug it or if you feel thats not your job and you absolutely have to throw in a joke or a comment
at least avoid it being snide and derogative towards the people trying to learn here.
+1 finally i see someone standig up for his crap. I don't mind if it's funny, but his post was plain insulting and unhelpful.
@ihufa didn't think i'd ever see you give advice. I'm just going to assume this is a single table sng and its heads up. As that's the most logical from what he said. I'm also going to assume He plays on pokerstars so there are 9 x 1500 = 13500 chips total. So lets say they are both equal, which probably isn't the case since he's getting owned by the agressive play. But lets just say they both have 6750 chips
The BB is 400 as he mentioned. So they both have almost 17BB. So that player raises 2BB preflop, you can't reraise it without commiting yourself. You can shove and take the pot with a good hand as i suggested. You can also just call it with 17BB, and then what? you will miss the flop 2/3 times so i highly doubt its +EV to do that.
If you get lucky and hit the flop sure you can play passive. But if you miss the flop a few times in a row half your stack is gone.
So that's why i would shove his preflop raises all in with good hands or depending on how loose he calls all ins even with semi decent hands.
Ofcourse i'm assuming alot of things here and it would be more helpful if he actualy gave more information. I just reread his post. And the BB could also be 200 in that case you can play a little more passive and you don't have to shove with a 25BB+ stack over a 2bb raise.
he bluffed like 50% of pots , raise 2 BB pf then cbet 30% of his stack.
From this it's more likely the BB was indeed 400. But there's not much point in speculating and helping this guy when he's to lazy to post on his own thread.
