Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

Play hand

$0.02/$0.05 No-Limit Hold'em (4 handed)

Known players:
[tg]BB$6.96:///////;CO$2.74:///////;BU (Hero)$4.80:///////;SB$5.00:///////;[/tg]

Preflop: Hero is BU with A:d, Q:c.
CO folds, Hero raises to $0.15, SB folds, BB raises to $0.45, Hero calls $0.30.

Flop: ($0.92) K:h, 3:h, Q:s (2 players)
BB bets $0.55, Hero calls $0.55.

Turn: ($2.02) T:c (2 players)
BB bets $1.40, Hero folds, BB gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $2.02.

At this point I hadn't any particular reads on villain.
As I had raised the previous 2 hands without contest, I thought this could be a light-3bet to defend the blind.
On the flop, although I was afraid of AK, I felt compelled to call as villain might c-bet no matter what. (?)
Should I have continued?

Hi,

Without reads it's ok, you need villain to be barreling stuff like Jx and hearts or complete air on the turn to continue calling, I just don't think it happens that often at nl5.

Hope it helps.
