Stacks:
UTG (52k)
UTG+1 (383k)
MP1 (234k)
MP2 (9.9k)
Hero (CO) (67k)
BTN (69k)
SB (11k)
BB (194k)

Blinds: 1k/2k Ante 250

Pre-Flop: (5k, 8 players) Hero is CO Q♣ K♣
3 folds, MP2 goes all-in 9.7k, 9696 to Hero (66799)?

Is this easy call? - when there's still big stacks after me.

You may well be ahead of his range here but not sure I like a call.
You open yourself up to a steal from bigger stacks behind you, and tbh, you have no money invested in the pot, why bother?

MP2 shoves 5bb so without any reads I would assume his range is very wide so that our KQs should be ahead. Plus there is 5k (blinds+ante) "dead money" in the pot which gives us great odds.

So we do only worry about the guys behind us.

In a freeroll the bigstacks will next to never stealshove wide over our call so that we have an easy muck if BU or BB shove. We dont care about the SB at all.
So I sont see any need to raise or push, if BU/BB call behind us, our hand might still be ahead and we will get relatively easy decisions postflop.

So I would call in this spot although I must admit that my experience with freerolls is limited ;)

Of course would be perfectely fine, too, since KQ is not a monster at all. The call is no huge +ev spot and increases variance.
