They both were calling stations and pretty LAG after the flop.

1) Should I raise more preflop?

2) Should I re-raise on the flop to avoid any draws?

1) nope. coldcalling is fine here. the stacks are easily deep enough to setmine and 88 plays horribly in 3bet-pots out of position with 100bb-stacks.

2) On the flop, i'd prefer a donkbet (to valuebet 3 blank streets if called, and 3bet/broke if raised) since MP might not be cbetting this flop often enough against 2 opponents.

As played i'd definitely 3bet on the flop. Not only that it's the best play against drawing hands but there are also a lot of turncards which might kill the action against worse hands. Imagine MP1 having AA for example - the players are easily bad enough to go broke on this flop but i doubt they would on a T, J or diamond turn (besides these cards wouldn't allow you to continue valuebetting as well).

as played ... on turn u should raise much bigger ... like 1k
