Preflop is close, imo calling as well as folding are ok, you could even argue for 3betting but I don't really like that too much OOP since the opponent is unknown.

As played since we don't know about his cbetting-tendencies I'd lead out to build the pot. You have great equity, even against a range of 66+ you have 43.6% equity.

As played on the turn I'd lead out, he is likely to not bluff too much and even check back with some medium strength hands.
Also check/raising looks very strong obv.

As played on the river I'd also lead out, he's even more likely to check back all medium strength hands, once you do check and he bets I'd go for a c/r. Imo his range is still wide enough to justify putting in a small c/r.

I don't want to 3b preflop as BU is a medium stacked fish and unlikely to fold and we won't have much fold equity post-flop either, if he does call.

so overall I think I fold pre here. we don't want to play out of position to the fish and also out of position to the reg.

If we were in BB and Tag on BU, with fish in SB, I don't mind the call too much any longer.
