Dunno abt a platform. But i think there was a thread on 2+2 about using remote control app to like play on stars - might be able to search it out.
probably a homebrew build of VNC along with a computer at home connected to internet.
Yeah i was thinking about a software developed especially for iphone, i know i can use a remote control program to acces the platform from my home computer but that s not i want, ok thx in the meantime i researched t a bit and it seems apple doesnt want to encourage " gambling"
