difficult situation
I would also likely bet/shove turn with overcards and nut flushdraw since you should have enough equity against his raising range on the turn unless it is only two pair+ hands
Then I can consider b/f although I´d likely then take just c/rai line to gain most fold equity against his one pair hands and floats
Also you´re likely making very big mistake if player decides to raise there AQ with Q high flushdraw so generally getting all-in on the turn as strong draw as yours is no mistake
