You basically hit a good flop and there are really no bad cards for you to come.
So you have 2 options basically: either bet and try to get it in or go on the line you took but I think you should basically never fold as your hand is way underrepresented so he might bet for value hands weaker than yours.
I think I would however try to get it in.
