i got scared of a better hand since he represents a lot of strength.
Is a shove to his 3bet better though?

vs. a random unknown I would shove over his check/3bet... I have seen them turn up here with AQ and AK often enough to make this good.
Very few regs would make a play like this anyway so I'm assuming it's a random fish.

raising 3x + 1bb per limper = 200.

then 4bet shove.

your aim with QQ is to get all the chips in pre-flop. its a monster hand.

even against a limp/min-3bet you just cant fold QQ pre on this limit readless
