what is the std range to re-steal?

Very standard. 99 is a strong hand, and we aren't that risk-averse against SB as he is our direct opponent on the bubble.

edit: the only clarification i would make is; if you have a read on his minraises being strong, then tread carefully. but vs unknowns this is standard.
