easiest way to thin out the field and build the pot to lower the stack to pot ratio is to raise.

typical amounts can be 3 or 4 BB , for NL2 (0.01/0.02) you can even make it $0.10 or 5BB.

what is your purpose of betting the flop and checking the turn ?

On the river , when you raise , what hands do you expect will pay you off ?

then i would make notes : limp with pocketpair or suited connector , to fit or fold , cbet him relentlessly and give up if called.

so when you raise you wouldn't have suited connectors but high poker pairs or random picture cards ?

that would be too easy to read.

1) Fold equity , they fold you win the money !
2) Your chances at improving : your equity of the pot !
3) Buying free cards : bet F to see free R as they will likely check the T to you when you are IP
4) Deception , they don't know if u bet with ur set , over pair , straight , flush or your draws.
5) Protection (lesser but likely if you do have the best hand)
6)Setting up a 2nd barrel on a scare card e.g. Turned Ace on a QXX rainbow flop

can be done IP , OOP , at FLOP/TURN

very loose tables where people really doesn´t fold anything, limping can´t be too bad, but yeah, generally if you want to play a hand ip then raise to take initiative, biold bigger pot and valuebet or bluff depends on the board types.
I like your potsflop play. he isn´t really c/f turn too often and you have there J high, so I like taking free card
You can both just b/c or bet/3-bet river. but if he min-raise he often has there flush, so b/c can be also reasonable
