AQs 16BB BU on the bubble – ICM or First Place?

PS $4.40 180-men, 18 places paid, 19 players left... What to do in situations like these? I usually try to be aggressive and play for first place. I didn't calculate, but I suppose it would be -$EV to raise/call or even to push, according to ICM.

In this situation I raised and planned to call, already knowing that the big stack could push with a marginal hand. Maybe it would be best to push right away.

What do you think? Raise, push or fold?

I think I would just ship it. The hand is strong enough to even raise/call but by shipping you avoid a lot of flips vs small pairs which would resteal here.

why ship? villains probably would fold even AJ here (i would) , so if called we're flipping at best. While if we raise, we might induce some shoves, like AJ, AT, (maybe even looser) and some pocket pairs. Or we don't want action on the bubble? 10-18th pays only 2BI, so i'd rather raise/call here and go for bigstack for late game.

we dont really want to bust on bubble vs big stack bulling table/ trying to resteal and going crazy with KJ or T9
