Flop is standard and good

Turn is a bit wierd, I mean 78 kind of makes sense but not really, there's no reason he should check/raise there. And given his weird ass stats I'd say thanks and raise the turn again.

When the BB bets out of line there yeah you can probably fold, flush came in, lots of 2 pairs and straights out there, 2 players behind you..if I'm going to fold top pair I'd do it here.
