Help!

Just to be clear: It IS possible to convert a whole session in one go, right? The description seems to imply that.

Why are my hands from FTP not converting? They are saved in english, I copy and past them in one big pile but the converter does not like them. Anything I have to be aware of?

I am sorry, but it is not possible to convert a whole session at once - only hand by hand conversion is supported.

And because I have seen people posting SNG hands in this thread: At the moment our converter supports No Limit-, Fixed Limit- and Pot Limit Cashgames. SNGs are not supported at the moment.

Hi all,

I'm using PT3 and managed to convert some of my hands with PS hand converter.
However for the last week or 2 it doesn't convert them anymore.
Any idea why that is?

I am sorry to hear that you can´t convert your hands. On which poker room did you play this hand?

Please be aware that at the moment our hand converter supports hand histories from PartyPoker, PokerStars and FullTilt Poker.

Hi Timo,

I play on Titan.
However I copy and paste the hands in PS hand converter that I get from PT3. I think the format is good when coming from PT3.
I did convert some hands using PT3 before.

In this case my guess would be that PT has changed their hand history output. If you have archived some of the ones that were still working, you could compare the output format in order to be sure. If this problem is caused by PT I am sorry to say that we are probably unable to help you with further advise on how to solve the issue.

I have used another software to convert hands since.

However I noticed something: I can not convert hands where the currency is in £. If I replace all the £ by $ PS hand converter will convert the hand!

Maybe this is something you guys can check?
