Flop: A :club: 9 :spade: 8 :spade:
Hero bets 1,80$.MP calls. Pot 2,24$
Turn: Q :club:
Hero bets 4$.MP raises to 18$
Hero folds?

I am not folding this. You have top two pair and only 88,99,AA or QQ beat you. Only 1 combination of AA and one of QQ and only 6 combos of 88/99 so only 8 in total.

Whereas you beat AK, AJ, 89, A9, A8, Q9s, Q8s etc. Unless you have some extra info on opponent that you didn't mention, I would happily go broke here.
