Hi, it doenst want to convert ma FTP hands, I converted two hands like 4 days ago but now the convertor just doesnt like me

Yes, the hand converter is at the moment just able to convert cash game hands.
However our tracking program PokerStrategy.com Elephant can convert sit and go hands as well.

I have been trying to convert a hand the same way i have always been doing, but the PS hand converter says that it is unable to do so.
Any thoughts why? Here is the hand:

It happens to me a lot that i have to copy to clipboard in HEM and past in the hand converter like 3times that convert process becomes successful. Really pain in the ars. Is there any cure trick for that? I have ~150 hands stored, should i delete some? Would that help?

Yea I got it from HEM like I always do but this one came out like this. More funny than anything cause i get a returned bet back twice heads up.
