when 2K are on the flop, it's not so big chance for him to hold it, So I would actually ship it on the flop after he c/r us, cause limp/call a raise can be with wide range here.
wanna hear judges opinion a lot in this spot! 
I like shipping it in on this flop too.
Although his very small check/raise puts a lot of Kx hands in his range, he is definitely capable of doing it with worse pockets, sometimes even Ace-high or 8x hands. The pot is already pretty big by this point, so I think we just have to gamble, getting good odds against his range and hope he doesn't have Kx.
call and calldown imo. not too many scarecards for us here. Also I make it 180 preflop without reads that he's a huge station

30% of the deck is scary! all overs.
if ur going to bet/call check it down. wouldnt you be better off checking behind and calling down 2 streets instead.

it's not the worst play but i think our hand is strong enough for a valuebet on the flop. i mean villain doesn't have jj-aa in his range so our hand is equivalent to AA (in terms of value, not in terms of playability on the turn and river).
so i'm saying we can bet 3 streets for value here. obviously facing a check/raise on the flop we can no longer do this, but we still beat enough to calldown imo
