The river raise was a bit suspicious, there are not many hands that would call down flop and turn and then raise river - but odds seemed right to call his raise. What do you think?

Well you cant fold here because you put in too much money in the pot. And you're getting 5,5 to 1, so there is no way you can fold a set in this spot. My question is, why dont you have full stack?
Just out of curiosity.. he had better set right?

I'm thinking the same.

It's possible that because you were out of position and were so obligingly putting money into the pot for him on the flop and turn that he didn't really need to be aggressive, then went to attack you on the river.

If I'd of played the hand, I admit i'd of played it the same, even if being wary of a higher set or straight.

Hello feketepok,

Add to full stack.

As played, Bet turn also pot size, otherwise we can't really Bet/Fold the river since he could easily do such a raise with only 2pairs and we are getting way too good odds for a Call.

Yeah, and also next time bet $1,18 on river to induce allin from villain, so you can slowroll him for the last one cent.:f_cool:

Make sure you have it doing an auto-topup, if you're manually rebuying then you'll notice your losses much more and might be thrown off if you have to keep rebuying on every table - if it's done automatically you can't see how much you're down on any tables where you've had a good few losses, which gives you a psychological advantage and makes you less likely to tilt.

Nice hand, you could also check/call or check/raise the flop since the opponent raised preflop and is likely to bet here.

Check/call such a flop would be the worst thing you could do in this spot IMHO.
