yes. defo foldable. there are not many better hands that he could have, but he would never raise with Ax in that spot... either he hit the 6 or he delayed the action with the T to the turn...

Yeah this is fine

It's going to be a T the vast majority of the time and even if he's raising a picked up club draw he's got 30% equity almost by default.
